special yoga class for your stiffer body

If you think you are too stiff and inflexible for yoga then this class is for you!

However stiff we might feel, yoga can help increase strength and flexibility and keep our joints healthy and mobile. Most of us spend much of our lives sitting which shortens our muscles and can make our joints stiff and tight. This class is specially designed to help for people experiencing stiffness - be it shoulders, hips or legs. In the class you will gently ease out those tight areas and you should really feel the difference.

The cost is only £12 for this one-off special class. Bridget, one of our most experienced teachers, will be running the session and will guide you through the poses with care and attention. Each pose can be adapted to suit your needs, so we welcome students of all abilities.

Everyone who attends this session will not only leave feeling the benefits of yoga for stiffness, but will also receive a special discount on future classes so that you can continue to feel more flexible in your body.
