Once you have the foundations of Iyengar Yoga you can move on into our Beginners Level 2 and Intermediate Classes. We also offer short courses and weekend workshops to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga.

You will learn the art of head (Sirsasana) and shoulder (Sarvangasana) stand and the practice of pranayama. This is the foundation for being guided into the intermediate and senior asanas. The wider aspects of yoga for example philosophy are integrated throughout.

We connect to the source of the teachings of BKS Iyengar, and our senior teacher, Frances Homewood, regularly studies at the Iyengar Institute in Pune, India
