Building on the Foundations

Beginners Level 2 classes are ideal for those who want to build on the foundations of their yoga knowledge. With the introduction of additional postures (asana) and a greater emphasis on moving deeper into each posture, these classes will help to further your progression in your own personal Iyengar Yoga journey.

Suitable for: Those with at least 6 months experience of Iyengar Yoga or proficiency in other yoga methods.
