A weekly, 1 hour class, usually taking place over 5 weeks, our New Starter Classes are the perfect introduction to Iyengar Yoga at Sheffield Yoga Centre. Carefully structured and taught by fully-qualified Iyengar Yoga teachers, our New Starter Classes will introduce you to fundamental postures (asana) and basic breathing techniques. Working at your own pace in one of our serene and light filled yoga halls, after this short course you will be able to comfortably join one of our Beginners Classes
Suitable for: Everybody! Especially complete beginners and those unfamiliar with Iyengar yoga. (If you feel stiff, older or are concerned about your weight, you might like to consider our Slower Paced Beginners Class)
