Sports-Specific Yoga

This sports-specific Iyengar Yoga class will help you stretch your way to achieving your personal best. Carefully structured to develop your awareness of postural alignment and muscular balance, this class will help to prevent injuries and strain. Open to all levels, including complete beginners, our Runners, Climbers & Cyclists class is also beneficial to those with demanding physical vocations.

Suitable for: Athletes, complete beginners and those with demanding manual jobs

Cost: £35.00 (5 weeks)
£9.00 per drop-in class

Thursday 6.10 – 7.25pm with Stuart 1st May to 5th June
