This sports-specific Iyengar Yoga class will help you stretch your way to achieving your personal best. Carefully structured to develop your awareness of postural alignment and muscular balance, this class will help to prevent injuries and strain. Open to all levels, including complete beginners, our Runners, Climbers & Cyclists class is also beneficial to those with demanding physical vocations.
Suitable for: Athletes, complete beginners and those with demanding manual jobs
Cost: £33.00 / £26.40 unwaged or full time education (5 weeks)
£8.00 per drop-in class

The next class block will begin week commencing 10th June 2013. Please note that this block will run for 6 weeks to take us up to the summer break. Therefore, the price for this block will be higher than usual.
