Men Only – Beginners Class
A new class aimed solely at encouraging more men to take up yoga and experience it’s benefits.
Taught by Stuart, this is a basic level beginners’ class to encourage men who may think they are too stiff or too old to do Yoga. Since this is never the case we thought it would be good to give men a chance to find out. The class will also benefit men who want to follow in the footsteps of professional sportsmen such as Ryan Giggs, Bradley Wiggins and Andy Murray and find out how yoga can improve performance in sports.
Current Men’s Class dates:
Wednesday 6.30-7.45pm from 1st May to 5th June 2013.
The next block of classes will begin week commencing 10th June 2013. Please note that this block will run for 6 weeks to take us up to the summer break. Therefore, the price for this block will be higher than usual.
Cost: £33.00 (5 weeks)
