Active Class – All Levels

If you run, cycle, climb, hike or play sports this class will help keep you in good form so as to improve your activity and help prevent injury.  Iyengar yoga aligns and strengthens the muscular skeletal system so that your flexibility improves but in a balanced way. Heart and lung capacity improve without strain and the mind finds focus.
