Iyengar Yoga is for Everyone

At Sheffield Yoga Centre we believe that everyone is able to enjoy and benefit from Iyengar Yoga. No matter how old, stiff, out of shape, or time-restricted you are, you will be able to find a class from our varied timetable that is just right for you. Our classes are graded according to level, from New Starters classes for complete beginners through to Intermediate Classes for more experienced practitioners. We also run specialised yoga classes including Women-only, Slower Paced for Older People, Relax and Restore Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga and Yoga for Runners, Climbers and Cyclists.

New Starter Classes - The perfect introduction to Iyengar Yoga at Sheffield Yoga Centre!
Beginners Level 1 – Beginner-level classes open to all!
Beginners Level 2  – Building on the Foundations of your Iyengar Yoga experience
Intermediate Level 1 – More intensive classes that are varied, dynamic and rewarding
Intermediate Level 2 – A thorough and intensive yoga class for experienced practitioners
Specialist Classes  - Specific Iyengar yoga classes include: Relax & Restore, Slower Paced, Active, Women-only, Pranayama, and Therapeutic Yoga.
