Restorative Fridays: Monthly Class


Do you feel wound up or worn out by the end of the week? Restore your energy ready for the weekend at this brand new monthly class with Helen Clay.

This is a restful and calming class with an emphasis on staying longer in the poses, using the support of bolsters and blankets to promote breath awareness and deep relaxation.

There is no advance booking for this class – just drop in on the day and unwind.  

The class is suitable for all levels, including those new to Iyengar yoga.
